We’re not a fan of hidden calories either, so you can be assured we go low on sodium and sugar and instead make use of herbs and spices to build flavour.

Given the importance of portion control, our meal boxes come in individual servings calculated to fill you up without overdoing it. To help curb any unhealthy cravings between meals, we also offer nutritional snacks and sides. Our Perfect Hanjuku Eggs are a particular crowd-favourite. Marinated in a soy-based dressing and soft-boiled to perfection, they’re served chilled so you can store them in the fridge and enjoy them whenever you feel peckish. Those who have a sweet-tooth can opt for a fibre-rich Mixed Fruit Parcel or tangy Passionfruit Yogurt Parfait instead.

On our meal plans, lunch is served between 11AM–1PM, while dinner is delivered between 5:30–7:30PM. Such regular meal times make for better gut health and smarter meal choices, especially since we’ve all been guilty of last-minute fast-food orders at odd hours of the day.

Every ingredient used in our meal boxes is sourced fresh and prepared with the greatest care, while our recipes take inspiration from a myriad of cuisines and cultures. The Basil Thunder Tea Rice, for example, has Hakka origins, and is said to have been created during the Qin dynasty. In adding their own flair to the recipe, our chefs have switched up the original tea-based broth for nourishing dang gui, and added a fragrant mix of chye poh, fried shallots, mushrooms, and long bean for a generous mouthful of earthy, umami flavour — all while retaining the healthy, vegetarian nature of the dish.

The Tobiko Dill Aburi Salmon, meanwhile, is an inventive take on French and Japanese cuisine. Fresh salmon is brined and sous-vide with vanilla oil which imparts a delicate flavour, then generously coated in dill sauce and topped with tobiko. Roasted sesame capellini serves as the perfect base, and the refreshing crunch of apple-fennel slaw rounds off this many-layered dish.
